The LIE - this program is FAR FROM "DEFUNCT".   The IAO is operating just fine without Congressional "funding" - it's called in D.C. circles, the "Scowcroft Faction" (after LDS Big-wig Brent Scowcroft - the prime architect of the events of September 11).   Keep in mind the primal LDS goal is to have Joe Smith's "kingdom" fill the entire earth.  (They believe the "stone cut out of the mountain without hands" destined to fill the earth in Daniel 2 is the Mormon Kingdom).  The NSA and the IAO are their tools - and Mormons make up most of the top echelon.       

This is exactly why I am so concerned about NSA Utah - because it will be bringing to bear ALL of the perfected DARPA technologies tested by IAO.  It truly will be the "all seeing eye" depicted on their logo -  they are targeting devout CHRISTIANS.
