FYI. Below is from Pro. G. Kumar who has done tremendous work in India raising awareness about the danger of cell towers to both the government and the public. Following his campaign, the local government of Gurgaon (a large financial and industrial centre in India), e.g., shut down 298 cell towers in residential areas in January 2012.

I had attended Round Table Conference on EMF Radiation at Delhi on
March 27, 2012, which was chaired by Mr. Kapil Sibal, DOT Minister.
ASSOCHAM people had submitted comments on my presentation on
cell tower radiation hazard at the Round Table Conference.
