We recently spoke to a tech person from AOL who lives in Romania.  He is an Environmental Engineering Student at a major university there.  When asked if they had Stratospheric Geoengineering Programs going on there or if he heard of Chemtrails in Romania.  He said he no.  We went to the website of the University he attends and saw this photograph on their home page.  We  gave him a brief education and where to do research documentaries, etc.
